There are few alternatives to PFAS-based non-stick cookware quite like ceramic. It offers the slick, easy-release surface home cooks love without relying on PFAS, but that convenience can come with a trade-off: Ceramic coatings are just as prone to chipping and scratching.

They're putting their money where their mouth is with a three-year guarantee on the non-stick ceramic coating itself, something I have never seen on a ceramic pan before. They use 'NeverChip' coatings, meaning you can stack and store your pans without the fear of them scratching, while remaining truly non-toxic, with no PFAS, PTFEs, PFOAS, lead or cadmium.
In theory, you can scrape it with metal utensils, scrub it in the sink (or shove it in the dishwasher), and cook with it in the oven without obsessing over the finer details of how to clean and care for your cookware – and these are all things I will put to the test when I come to review them for myself.
It is also a blessing for my small kitchen. Pan sets usually overwhelm my limited kitchen storage, but the fold-flat lid handles and nesting design mean I will be able to slot them all onto my shelving without a second thought.
